36-99.6:3. Regulation of HVAC facilities.
The Board shall promulgate regulations in accordance with the AdministrativeProcess Act ( 2.2-4000 et seq.) establishing standards for heating,ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) facilities in new, privately ownedresidential dwellings.
