28.2-903. Violations constitute misdemeanor.

A violation of any provision of this subtitle or regulation promulgatedthereunder, unless otherwise specifically provided, is a Class 3 misdemeanor.A second or subsequent violation of any provision of this subtitle orregulation promulgated thereunder committed by the same person within twelvemonths of a prior violation is a Class 1 misdemeanor.
