2006 Code of Virginia § 24.2-221 - Time and frequency of referenda on election and term of supervisors

24.2-221. Time and frequency of referenda on election and term ofsupervisors.

A referendum as provided in 24.2-219 or 24.2-220 shall be held only inthe year preceding the year in which a general election for supervisors is tobe held. Once a referendum on either question is held, no further referendumon either question may be held in the county for a period of four years.
