22.1-277.07:1. Policies prohibiting possession of firearms.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, each schooldivision may develop and implement procedures addressing disciplinary actionsagainst students, and may establish disciplinary policies prohibiting thepossession of firearms on school property, school buses, and atschool-sponsored activities.
