22.1-174. Jurisdiction of suits against Authority; service of process.

The Circuit Court of the City of Richmond shall have exclusive jurisdictionof any suit brought in Virginia against the Authority, and process in suchsuit shall be served either on the State Comptroller or the Chairman of theBoard of Commissioners.
