2006 Code of Virginia § 19.2-230 - Bill of particulars

19.2-230. Bill of particulars.

A court of record may direct the filing of a bill of particulars at any timebefore trial. A motion for a bill of particulars shall be made before a pleais entered and at least seven days before the day fixed for trial and thebill of particulars shall be filed within such time as is fixed by the court.
