19.2-22. Same; arrest without a warrant.

A person arrested without a warrant by any conservator of the peace or otherlaw-enforcement officer for any of the acts set forth in 19.2-19 committedin the presence of such conservator of the peace or law-enforcement officer,shall be brought forthwith before a magistrate or judge, and proceedingsshall be had in accordance with 19.2-20 and 19.2-21.
