18.2-46.10. Violation of sections within article separate and distinctoffenses.

A violation of any section in this article shall constitute a separate anddistinct offense. If the acts or activities violating any section within thisarticle also violate another provision of law, a prosecution under anysection in this article shall not prohibit or bar any prosecution orproceeding under such other provision or the imposition of any penaltiesprovided for thereby.
