18.2-42.1. Acts of violence by mob.

Any and every person composing a mob which commits an act of violence asdefined in 19.2-297.1 shall be guilty of that act of violence and, uponconviction, shall be punished as provided in the section of this title whichmakes that act of violence unlawful.
