18.2-334.2. Same; bingo games, raffles and duck races conducted by certainorganizations.
Nothing in this article shall apply to any bingo game, instant bingo, raffle,or duck race conducted solely by organizations as defined in 18.2-340.16which have received a permit as set forth in 18.2-340.25, or which areexempt from the permit requirement under 18.2-340.23.
