2006 Code of Virginia § 18.2-330 - Accessories to gambling activity; penalty

18.2-330. Accessories to gambling activity; penalty.

Any person, firm or association of persons, other than those personsspecified in other sections of this article, who knowingly aids, abets orassists in the operation of an illegal gambling enterprise, activity oroperation, shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
