18.2-220. Use of word "wholesale" or "wholesaler.".

Any person, firm, corporation or association who in any manner in anyadvertisement or offer for sale to the public of any merchandise, goods,commodity or thing uses the words "wholesale" or "wholesaler" torepresent or describe the nature of its business shall be guilty of a Class 1misdemeanor, unless such person, firm, corporation or association is actuallyengaged in selling at wholesale the merchandise, goods, commodity or thingadvertised or offered for sale.
