18.2-172.1. Falsifying or altering and fraudulently using transcripts ordiplomas; penalty.

Any person who materially falsifies or alters a transcript or diploma from aninstitution of postsecondary education and fraudulently uses the same forpecuniary gain or in furtherance of such person's education shall be guiltyof a Class 3 misdemeanor.
