18.2-114.1. When collection of money by commissioner, etc., larceny.

If any special commissioner or receiver, appointed by any court to collectmoney, and required by law, or decree of the court, to give bond beforecollecting the same, shall collect such money, or any part thereof, withoutgiving such bond, and fail properly to account for the same, he shall bedeemed guilty of larceny of the money so collected and not so accounted for.
