2006 Code of Virginia § 15.2-5100 - Title of chapter
15.2-5100. Title of chapter.
This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Virginia Water andWaste Authorities Act." This chapter shall constitute full and completeauthority, without regard to the provisions of any other law for the doing ofthe acts herein authorized, and shall be liberally construed to effect thepurposes of the chapter.
