15.2-2316. Validation of zoning ordinances prior to 1971.
All proceedings had in the preparation, certification and adoption of zoningordinances by every locality prior to January 1, 1971, which shall have beenin substantial compliance with the provisions of this chapter are validatedand confirmed, and all such zoning ordinances adopted or attempted to beadopted pursuant to the provisions of this chapter are declared to be validlyadopted and enacted, notwithstanding any defects or irregularities in theadoption thereof.
