15.2-2266. Validation of certain plats recorded before January 1, 1953.

Any subdivision plat recorded prior to January 1, 1953, if otherwise valid,is hereby validated and declared effective even though the technicalrequirements for recordation existing at the time such plat was recorded werenot complied with.
