13.1-1104. Use of initials "P.L.C.," "PLC," "P.L.L.C." or "PLLC" incompany name.

Any professional limited liability company as defined in 13.1-1102 may, butis not required to, use the initials "P.L.C.," "PLC," "P.L.L.C." or"PLLC," or the phrase "professional limited company," "a professionallimited company," "professional limited liability company," or "aprofessional limited liability company," at the end of its limited liabilitycompany name. Such initials or phrase may be used in the place of any wordsor abbreviation required by subsection A of 13.1-1012.
