13.1-1055. Changes and amendment.
If any statement in the application for registration of a foreign limitedliability company was false when made or any arrangements or other factsdescribed have changed, making the application inaccurate in any respect, theforeign limited liability company shall promptly file with the Commission acertificate correcting such statement accompanied by a copy of the document,if any, effecting the correction or change duly authenticated by theSecretary of State or other official having custody of the limited liabilitycompany records in the state or other jurisdiction of its formation.
