2006 Code of Virginia § 13.1-1031 - Interim distributions

13.1-1031. Interim distributions.

Except as provided in this article, a member is entitled to receivedistributions from a limited liability company before the dissolution andwinding up thereof to the extent and at the times or upon the happening ofthe events specified in the articles of organization or an operatingagreement.
