10.1-603.12:1. Right of entry.

The Department, the permit issuing authority, or any duly authorized agent ofthe Department or permit issuing authority may, at reasonable times and underreasonable circumstances, enter any establishment or upon any property,public or private, for the purpose of obtaining information or conductingsurveys or investigations necessary in the enforcement of the provisions ofthis article.
