10.1-1617. Moneys of Authority.

All moneys of the Authority, from whatever source derived, shall be paid tothe treasurer of the Authority. Such moneys shall be deposited by thetreasurer in one or more banks or trust companies, in one or more specialaccounts. All banks and trust companies are authorized to give security forsuch deposits, if required by the Authority. The moneys in the accounts shallbe paid out on the warrant or other order of the treasurer of the Authorityor any person authorized by the Authority to execute such warrants or orders.The Auditor of Public Accounts of the Commonwealth, and his legallyauthorized representatives, shall examine the accounts and books of theAuthority.
