10.1-1129. Purchasing real estate outside of boundaries.

Before any governing body purchases any real estate outside of the county,city or town which it represents pursuant to the provisions of 10.1-1128,it shall first secure the approval of the governing body of the county, cityor town in which the real estate is located.
