2006 Code of Virginia § 6.1-469 - Private right of action

6.1-469. Private right of action.

Any person who suffers loss by reason of a violation of any provision of thischapter may bring a civil action to enforce such provision. Any person who issuccessful in such action shall recover reasonable attorney's fees, expertwitness fees and court costs incurred by bringing such action.
