3.1-381. Penalty for violation of preceding sections.

Any person, firm, corporation or association violating any of the provisionsof the preceding sections of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25nor more than $300.
