§ 1652. Deed of executor or administrator

The deed of an executor or administrator, who has such certificate or copy of an order of sale from the probate division of the superior court, shall be as valid to convey the real estate of a deceased person, thereby authorized to be sold, as if the deed had been executed by the deceased in his or her lifetime.
