§ 1410. Representative may compound
With the approval of the probate division of the superior court, an executor or administrator may compound with a debtor of the deceased for a debt due and may give a discharge of such debt on receiving a just dividend of the estate of such debtor. (Amended 2009, No. 154 (Adj. Sess.), § 238a, eff. Feb. 1, 2011.)
