§ 2310. Appearance of absent person; surrender of property

If the person so absent proves to be alive, the trustees shall surrender to him or her all property, or the proceeds of the same, which shall have come into their hands. If administration has been or shall be granted on his or her estate, the trustees shall surrender to the executor or administrator all property, effects and estate of such absent person, upon rendering an account of their trusteeship in the same manner and upon the same notice as in case of settlement of an administrator's account.
