703. Unexpended appropriations

The unexpended and unencumbered balances of any sums appropriated by the General Assembly shall at the end of the fiscal year, unless otherwise specifically provided, revert to the appropriate fund balance. Refunds of expenditures and reimbursements shall be credited to the appropriate fund and to appropriation accounts in the current fiscal year. (Amended 1983, No. 253 (Adj.
