§ 1111 Exemption from licensing renewal fees; persons over 80
1111. Exemption from licensing renewal fees; persons over 80
Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, licensees who are 80 years of age or older shall be exempt from payment of a renewal fee required under any provision of Title 26 or any of the following statutes:
(1) 18 V.S.A. chapter 46 (nursing home administrators);
(2) 31 V.S.A. chapter 3 of Title 31 (boxing);
(3) chapter 203 of this title (auctioneers). (Added 1991, No. 167 (Adj. Sess.), 62a.)
