§ 716. Termination; authority

The authority shall continue as long as it has bonds or other obligations outstanding and until its existence is terminated by law. Upon the termination of the authority, all its rights and properties shall pass to and be vested in the state. (Added 1973, No. 14, § 2, eff. Feb. 23, 1973.)
