Chapter 135 TOWN OF PROCTOR
§ 1 Merger of Village and town
§ 135-1. Merger of Village and town
The town of Proctor and the village of Proctor are hereby consolidated and merged into one government under the name of the town of Proctor, subject to the conditions hereinafter enumerated, and the village of Proctor, except as hereinafter provided, shall cease to exist as a political entity or body corporate. The consolidated village of Proctor school district shall be the town of Proctor school district.
