§ 3320. Licensure by endorsement

The board may waive the examination requirement if the applicant is a real estate appraiser regulated under the laws of another state for the purpose of performing appraisals in federally related transactions for which a licensed or certified appraiser is required by the Act, who is in good standing to practice real estate appraisal in that state, and, in the opinion of the board, the standards and qualifications required for regulation of real estate appraisers in that state are currently at least equal to those required by this chapter.
