§ 49-9-1403. Entities Not Affiliated With State
Universal Citation: TN Code § 49-9-1403 (2021)
An entity described in § 49-9-1402(a) shall not be deemed or construed to be an agency, department, instrumentality, political subdivision or other arm of the state.
