§ 49-6-2304. Review of Compliance With Laws and Regulations

- Within thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of the school year, the commissioner shall review each plan and subsequent modifications submitted under § 49-6-2303(7) and determine whether the plan complies with this part.
- The commissioner shall investigate and promptly act upon any allegation of noncompliance within this part or the rules and regulations established under this part.
