§ 65-25-123 - Exemption from jurisdiction of Tennessee regulatory authority.

TN Code § 65-25-123 (2015) What's This?

Cooperatives and foreign corporations transacting business in this state pursuant to this chapter shall be deemed to be not-for-profit cooperatives and nonutilities, and, except as provided in ยง 65-25-122, exempt in all respects from the jurisdiction and control of the Tennessee regulatory authority.
