§ 43-36-104 - Representative designees for members.

The members of the board who are described in ยง 43-36-103(1)-(5), may, from time to time, authorize representatives to attend and participate in meetings of the board in their absence. No member of the board, however, will be permitted to appoint a permanent designee to sit on the board.
