1-26-38.1. Amendment as provisional--Subject to suspension--Effect.
If an agency amends an existing rule, the amendment becomes provisionally effective and subject to ยง1-26-38. The effect of suspending a provisionally effective amendment is to return the rule to its form prior to the amendment.
