39-24-7. Enforcement by court action--Injunctive relief.

In addition to any other remedy provided by law, the secretary may proceed by suit in any court of competent jurisdiction to enforce the terms and provisions of this chapter and of any license issued pursuant to this chapter. The secretary may as a part of any such suit seek injunctive relief.
