39-18-8. Copy of registration forwarded to applicant--Biennial expiration date--Fee.

Upon approval by the secretary of agriculture, a copy of the registration of an animal remedy shall be forwarded to the applicant. All registrations are on a biennial basis, expiring the thirty-first day of December of the year after the date of registration. A biennial registration fee of twenty-five dollars for each product shall be paid to the secretary upon application for registration.
