§ 39-6-13 Processor field service permit--Determination of qualifications.
39-6-13. Processor field service permit--Determination of qualifications.
Any person performing the field service for a Grade A processor of milk or milk products shall first obtain a permit therefor from the secretary of agriculture by application on a form provided by the secretary. The secretary shall determine that the applicant is competent and qualified before issuing said permit.
