§ 45-1-3 Examination of state and school lands on request--Reports.
45-1-3. Examination of state and school lands on request--Reports. The state geologist, if requested by the commissioner of school and public lands, shall examine any state or school land in this state and make a written report to the commissioner of school and public lands concerning the geology of the state or school land and other related matters included in the request.
