58-17-120. South Dakota risk pool fund. There is hereby established a South Dakota risk pool fund within the Bureau of Human Resources to receive premiums, assessments, federal funds, and any claims and make payments either directly or indirectly to health care providers and others to carry out the functions of the risk pool.
