46A-7A-48. State study loan fund balances transfer to district. The remaining balance of any state study loan funds advanced or not disbursed to any nonprofit corporation located within the district for the purpose of studying and advancing an irrigation project within the district shall transfer to the district upon an affirmative majority vote at any election at which the question is presented to the electorate of the district.
