§46A-7A-36 Vacancy on board--Filling.

46A-7A-36. Vacancy on board--Filling. In case of a vacancy in the office of a member of the board, the vacancy shall be filled by appointment by a majority of the remaining members of the board. Any director so appointed shall hold office until the next election of the division and until the director's successor is elected and qualified.
