38-8-53. Conservation district special revenue fund established--Purpose--Disbursements--Policies and procedures. There has been appropriated the sum of one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars, to be used as a special revenue fund for the purpose of aiding, assisting, and cooperating with conservation districts of the state in securing by purchase, or otherwise, necessary equipment, trees, and other planting materials, and supplies as needed in furthering the program of conservation in these districts.

This fund shall be known as the conservation district special revenue fund and shall be administered by the State Conservation Commission and shall be expended upon vouchers approved by the commission, or its designated representative.

This fund shall be made available to conservation districts of the state on a reimbursable basis by the districts participating in such special revenue funds, in accordance with rules and regulations promulgated by the said conservation commission.
