§33A-3-5 Retention of jurisdiction by committing court.

33A-3-5. Retention of jurisdiction by committing court. Jurisdiction is retained in the committing or other appropriate court of this state at any time to inquire into the mental condition of the person committed, pursuant to § 33A-3-2, and to determine the necessity for continuance of the person's restraint, and all commitments pursuant to this chapter are so conditioned.
