33A-3-44. Certified copies of documents necessary to obtain benefits for veteran--Fees by clerk of court prohibited. No fees may be charged by the clerk of courts for furnishing certified copies of any documents necessary in order that payments may be made or continued to such conservator or incompetent veteran, or to the minor children of any veteran under conservatorship.
