33A-3-35. Department certificate as evidence that ward has attained majority or recovered competency. In addition to any other provisions of law relating to judicial restoration and discharge of a conservator, a certificate by the United States Department of Veterans' Affairs showing that a minor ward has attained majority, or that an incompetent ward has been rated competent by the United States Department of Veterans' Affairs upon examination in accordance with law, is prima facie evidence that the ward has attained majority or has recovered his or her competency.
