§33A-3-31 Extent of accountability of conservator.

33A-3-31. Extent of accountability of conservator. If the conservator is accountable for property derived from sources other than the United States Department of Veterans' Affairs, the conservator is accountable as required under the applicable law of this state pertaining to the property of minors or protected persons who are not beneficiaries of the United States Department of Veterans' Affairs. With respect to the property derived from other sources, the conservator is entitled to the compensation provided by the applicable law. The account for other property may be combined with the account filed in accordance with § 33A-3-29.
